What is Endeavour?

Endeavour is an intensive global launch pad for entrepreneurs.

It is targeted at ambitious, high achievers who are totally focused on changing the business space they are about to enter. They need not necessarily have been in business up to now, but will have proven themselves as achievers in their career or some other aspect of their lives.

Endeavour Participants will experience working in the right environment with open door access to globally focussed successful Irish entrepreneurs. The core elements of Endeavour are:

1. Mentor Coaching

   Once participants are accepted onto Endeavour they will be matched to a mentor who has conceived, created, launched and run a successful entrepreneurial business.
   
   Expert one-to-one mentoring is what you can expect from our panel of experienced entrepreneurs who have successfully set up Irish and International businesses of some repute. While Endeavourees will be matched to mentors most closely suiting their business space, what our mentors will provide is broad business experience, vision and contacts which have made their own award-winning business ventures benchmarks of entrepreneurial zeal.

2. Workshop Programme

   All participants will participate in an extensive workshop programme with Ireland's leading professionals. Each professional will work with the group collectively for one day and will then provide each participant with one-to-one consultancy. The workshops will take place between November and December 2009 and will address Strategy and Business Models, Communications, Marketing and Branding, Financials, Sales, Technology, Team and IP/Patents/Legal issues

3. Business Stress Testing

   Each participant will present their progress to three Business Stress Testing sessions between December and April 2010. Our team of professional advisors and mentors will offer you advice and milestones on how to further progress your business and you will be expected to adapt your business plan accordingly.

4. International Funding Forum

   All participants will have the opportunity to showcase and pitch their business to a number of invited private and public investors in May 2010.

5. The Tom Crean Business Centre

   Each successful participant on Endeavour will be provided with a hot desking facility and technology support
