Eligibility Requirements
Under the new two-phase structure, Endeavour is open to founders (and their co-founders), as well as scientists, engineers, creatives, or persons from any other discipline who may not have their own idea but are committed to being part of the launch and operation of a new and innovative technology, web or software business in Ireland. We are looking for ambitious, innovative, high achievers with a strong work ethic.
We expect all participants to use Phase 1 as a team creation opportunity.
Participants will pitch to an Entrepreneur Panel at the Phase 1 Demo Day for progression to Phase 2. In addition, participants must have an 85% attendance record and complete all assignments on Phase 1. Participants must incorporate before entering Phase II.
International start-ups will also be eligible for Phase II but will be required to pitch at the Phase 1 Demo Day.
Endeavour will take a 3% stake in companies that advance to Phase 2 and provide €5,000 funding and free office space for a year - as well as access to incredible mentors and funding opportunities. Endeavour is a not for profit entity.
Proposed business ventures must, at minimum, meet the following criteria:

Be in early seed stage of development;

Be engaged in the development of innovative products or services;

Propose to operate within key strategic industries, namely internationalised web based products/services, software, software as a service, telecommunications; energy (with international scope); commercialised research, advanced manufacturing;

Propose to maintain a head office and an operational base in Kerry, where possible, and;

Potential to generate annual sales of €5m within five years
