Jenni founded Doolittles Sandwiches in
2003 as an expansion of her café side-line of
making pre-packed sandwiches for local
shops. Doolittles is now one of the largest
pre-packed sandwich producers in Ireland
producing over 8,000 sandwiches per day.
Doolittles delivers nationwide to over 300
customers, six days a week. Customers
include Aer Arann, Topaz Energy, Aldi Ireland
to name a few.
