In addition to the professional panel and mentors, separate Business Stress Testing sessions will be held regularly throughout the programme to ensure that each Endeavouree is fully on track with a business plan that is real-worldready. Endeavourees will be expected to rapidly adapt flaws highlighted in their plans and presentations in keeping with the commercial spirit of the programme.
Joanna was in 2000 appointed Managing Director of Ovelle Pharmaceuticals where with new investment and under her direction the business was restructured with new sales and new product development strategies. In 2007 elave clocked a record year of sales resulting from a controversial online ad campaign launched on You Tube called Nothing To Hide. The campaign successfully highlighted worrying chemicals in your skincare products linked to the rise in sensitive skin and eczema. Joanna was a finalist in the 2004 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award Progrmme, DHL Export Award finalist and Ulster Bank Business Achiever. Joanna has since February 2006 been appointed as Chairperson of the Governing Body of Dundalk Institute of Technology by the Minister for Education.
