In addition to the professional panel and mentors, separate Business Stress Testing sessions will be held regularly throughout the programme to ensure that each Endeavouree is fully on track with a business plan that is real-worldready. Endeavourees will be expected to rapidly adapt flaws highlighted in their plans and presentations in keeping with the commercial spirit of the programme.

A family-owned business, JFC Manufacturing Co Ltd was set up in 1987 in Tuam, Co Galway to supply specialised plastic products to the agricultural industry. JFC has production facilities in Ireland, UK and Poland, and supplies businesses in most leading European countries. JFC is now is a global organisation, which is renowned worldwide for its innovative, quality plastic products. John, a native of Kilconly, Tuam, established the thriving business from a farm workshop where he first manufactured his now famous multi-bucket in 1987. The company has since grown to employ 200 people worldwide and now sells to a variety of sectors worldwide, including agriculture, civil, construction, marine, recycling, and materials handling. Exports account for 60% of the company's total sales with sales offices in Britain, Holland and Poland.
