In addition to the professional panel and mentors, separate Business Stress Testing sessions will be held regularly throughout the programme to ensure that each Endeavouree is fully on track with a business plan that is real-worldready. Endeavourees will be expected to rapidly adapt flaws highlighted in their plans and presentations in keeping with the commercial spirit of the programme.
Paddy joined Kelliher's from Arthur Anderson & co. in 1979 when Kelliher's was substantially an Agri based business supply farmers requirements. Kelliher's at that time had a small Electrical Wholesale Division and seeing more opportunities for growth they began to expand that through the '80's and '90's becoming by 1998 the largest Electrical Wholesaler Distributor in the Irish Market. The Electrical Division of Kelliher's was then purchased by General Electric and he continued to work for General Electric until 2007. At that stage GE solid their Electrical Distribution business to Rexel a French based Company and the largest Electrical Distributor in the World. Paddy continues in his role as Managing Director of Kelliher's dealing with the current downturn in the Irish Construction Industry.
