Ireland's leading professionals will work with the Endeavourees collectively for one day and will then provide each participant with one-to-one consultancy. The workshops will take place between November and December 2009 and will address Strategy and Business Models, Communications, Marketing and Branding, Financials, Sales, Technology, Team and IP/Patents/Legal issues
Adrian Grey is currently Director of HR & Organisational Development in UCC. Prior to that he was HR Director of Kerry Group Plc.,1996 to 2009, Personnel and Training Manager, Masstock Almarai, Saudi Arabia, 1992 to 1996 and a Captain with the Irish Defence Forces from 1977 to 1992. He has over 25 years of professional management experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Organisational Development and Transformation. He also has extensive experience in Business Coaching and Mentoring within the food, manufacturing, and financial services sectors and has also worked with small owner managed businesses. Clients include, Kerry Group, Citigroup, Irish Life, Sun Micro Systems and CRH. Adrian has a BA (Hons) in Economics and Geography (National University of Ireland, Galway) and MSc in Executive Coaching (Ashridge Business School).
