Frank has over 10 years experience specializing in corporate tax. He joined Ernst & Young in 2004. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Frank was a tax partner with a large legal practice in Dublin.. He has wide experience in all areas of tax with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganisations, structured finance, leverage tax transactions and employee equity incentive issues. Frank has led assignments advising companies and institutions on all aspects of doing business in Ireland including structuring of cross-border operations, joint ventures and strategic acquisition.
