Ireland's leading professionals will work with the Endeavourees collectively for one day and will then provide each participant with one-to-one consultancy. The workshops will take place between November and December 2009 and will address Strategy and Business Models, Communications, Marketing and Branding, Financials, Sales, Technology, Team and IP/Patents/Legal issues
An engineer by background, Paul is an experienced builder of growing companies.
Paul was a founder or chairperson of several technology companies that have secured strong market positions or have been acquired by companies like Oracle, Compuware and Misys. He has consulted with, and facilitated strategy workshops for growing companies in United States and Europe.
He is currently CEO of Select Strategies, a company which helps accelerate revenue for growing companies and serves on the Boards of several growth companies. He is co-author of the book Select Selling (Oak Tree Press, 2004) which resulted in the creation of The TAS Group, one of the leading sales methodology training companies worldwide. Paul has an MBA from University College Dublin. He is a former chairperson of the Irish Software Association and is a member of the Governing Board of ICT Ireland.
