Ireland's leading professionals will work with the Endeavourees collectively for one day and will then provide each participant with one-to-one consultancy. The workshops will take place between November and December 2009 and will address Strategy and Business Models, Communications, Marketing and Branding, Financials, Sales, Technology, Team and IP/Patents/Legal issues
Simon is a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory team in Cork. He has worked with Ernst & Young since 2003, during which time he has also worked in London and Dublin. Simon has extensive experience in due diligence, business planning and financial modelling. He has led complex buy and sell side due diligence assignments on transaction from €1m to €200m and produced business plans and models for some of Munsters leading startup and existing businesses. Simon also has wide experience in business consulting, commercial reviews and risk assessment.
