Ireland's leading professionals will work with the Endeavourees collectively for one day and will then provide each participant with one-to-one consultancy. The workshops will take place between November and December 2009 and will address Strategy and Business Models, Communications, Marketing and Branding, Financials, Sales, Technology, Team and IP/Patents/Legal issues
Stan McCarthy is Chief Executive of Kerry Group plc, a public company, listed on the Dublin and London Stock Exchanges. Prior to his appointment as CEO on 1 January 2008, he was President and CEO of Kerry Ingredients Americas since 1996 and an Executive Director of the Group since 1999. A native of County Kerry, Stan McCarthy joined Kerry's Graduate Recruitment Programme in Ireland in 1976 and worked in Finance until his appointment as Financial Controller in the USA on establishment of Kerry's Representative Office in Chicago in 1984. Following the Group's acquisition of Beatreme in 1988 he was appointed Vice President of Materials Management and Purchasing. In 1991 he was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was named President of Kerry Ingredients Americas in 1996.
